If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange any item within 14 days of purchase.

Goods returned must be in the same condition as received, unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. 

 

Items not available for a refund/exchange are cosytoes, car seat covers, Moses basket covers, socks, tights, dummy clips, headbands, bloomers, booties and hats. We also cannot accept returns on personalised items. 

 

Please be aware, we reserve the right not to refund payment on items that are damaged or appear to have been used.

Payment for returns is the customer’s responsibility and must be sent via recorded delivery. Refunds will be processed within 21 days.

Please remember to include a note of your full name, order number and contact details in the returns parcel so we can make contact as soon as received.
